What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, ensuring your data is protected.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (often within 24 hours). If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at info@kensford.co.uk or call +44 7778 921401. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.

Is shopping on Kensford secure?
Yes. We utilize industry-standard security measures, and our store is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Express Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?
Our total estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days.
This includes 0–1 days for handling and 1–3 days for transit via Royal Mail. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

How do I start a return?
Please email info@kensford.co.uk with your order number to request a return authorization.
Please note: Unless the item is defective or damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
